Gold Indices. The longest known gold index is the BGMI - Barron's Gold Mining Index - which is a weekly close price index started in 1938. Shown here in linear & log format. The BGMI index is created from major US gold producers - the top few companies & as such captures every gold stock bull run that Rick Rule invested in. :)
