The one thing I will say on the Isak/Ekitike situation.

Both seem extremely similar profile wise, Ekitike seems very similar to Isak before the premier league move.

You pay more for Isak but you know you are getting guaranteed goals in the premier league, Ekitike is more of a gamble to see if he hits the ground running.

Isak also has a longer record of more games missed through injury even though there are about 2/3 years between the two in age.

Ekitike fee might give us the flexibility to go for someone like Rodrygo also.
