Not sure though. Just guessing. 

Lombard Finance mentioned TAC in their post about LBTC becoming yield bearing and the announcement has to do with bettering BTC onchain.

LBTC on Telegram is now possible courtesy of @TacBuild 

LBTC on Ton, perhaps in a Telegram mini app could be strong news.
