prediction - coinbase will launch a crypto phone (if the super app thesis wins)

if there is developer interest to build mini apps on the base app + there are users interacting with it - launching the phone is a natural next step in verticalisation 

a more realistic reason may be that coinbase has some trouble w apple and the app store with the open internet model that is currently being pursued - having a phone offers them more control over the user experience
