Historic deal: Cantor Fitzgerald and Blockstream launch a $4B SPAC, transferring over XXXXXX BTC to BSTR Holdings and creating the first fully Bitcoin public treasury. 
Led by Brandon Lutnick and Adam Back, the plan includes an additional $800M from external investors and Cantor’s exposure may reach $10B by 2025. 
This is a paradigm shift for companies and capital markets: Bitcoin is now a strategic governance and reputational asset.
