Cardano (ADA) operates on a principle of genuine scarcity, there will only ever be XX billion ADA tokens in existence.  This fixed supply will help preserve value over the long term.

Solana (SOL), by contrast, has no hard cap. It features an inflationary model, with new tokens continually minted, which dilute the holdings of existing owners.

Which approach appeals more from an investment perspective? A finite supply akin to Bitcoin, or an ongoing expansion similar to traditional fiat currencies?

Scarcity and long-term value preservation will win.
