The business models are built on getting borrowers first to then pay the savings interest rate to users (who are the same users)  

In Banks  

You get the depositors first and then you find borrowers  to lend to and then pay the savings interest to users.

It's like in DeFi we skipped the foreplay and went straight to juicy stuff
