I believe you're referring to the cross border payments.... But I'm not sure where you got the 23T from?

The remittance market is more like 800B-1T. Cross border payments are just shy of 200T. 

But either way it could surge the price. 

My estimate is $XRP will at best, x3 in the coming months. Over the next X years we could see $12-$15. I'll eat my words if we hit above $XX before 2030 🫣
