Sen. John Kennedy describes a meeting about the rescissions package currently in the Senate:

"I would describe the meeting as organized grab-ass...a lot of whining...The President is asking us to reduce spending...and the spending he's asking us to cut is stuff like $3.6M for male pr*stitutes in Haiti, $3M to buy condoms in Zambia, $XXXXXXX to buy electric buses for Rwanda; just a bunch of spending p*rn...If every Republican doesn't vote for it, we ought to hide our head in a bag. It's embarrassing."
