Headlines would read like this: -Cartel spokesman Abu El Toro threatened to execute XXXXXXX civilians if the white colonizers don’t meet with Cartel demands. -The United States Army was deployed and as a result hundreds of thousands of civilians were killed and injured amongst them many children. The U.S. army’s inability to distinguish civilians from criminals ignited global rage. -North Korea filed a motion at the ICJ accusing the United States of committing acts of genocide in Tijuana in violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention. -Free Free “Alta California” protests erupted world wide to condemn the genocide. -The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against the US president and his defense minister and X cartel members who could be dead.
