4) The user flow is not beginner-friendly

There seems to be a lack of help for users trying to get started on this app.

We need to figure BY OURSELVES out what we need while inputing.

Which is a TIME WASTER, the exact opposite of the point of this product.

There isn't even a helping chatbot if you get stuck.  Instead, there's a character which appears in the bottom left of the screen with a general advice...

The team needs to take a note from their own Lana design expert:

"If your interface confuses even once, I redesign it."

Perhaps, this product is finished and the step for creating website and apps I showed in part 3) is possible without errors, but without the interface help notes, I wouldn't no.
