Under the Clarity Act, Cardano $ADA should be classified as a "Mature" blockchain 🇺🇸

The Act aims to define whether a token is a commodity or a security based on decentralization.

By many metrics, Cardano is the most decentralized chain:

✅ Ouroboros Proof-of-Stake
✅ Wide stake pool diversity
✅ No entity holds >20% of ADA
✅ Decentralized governance model

If recognized as mature, it could bring more attention from retail investors, institutional adoption, and legal certainty for all builders and investors.
