@SmartworksInd Coworking Spaces made its stock market debut today, with its shares listing at XXXX% premium on the BSE. Smartwork’s shares debuted at INR XXXXXX apiece against the issue price of INR XXX. 👇

On the NSE, the stock opened at INR 435, a XXXX% premium over the IPO  price. At 10:20 AM, the stock was trading XXXX% higher at INR XXXXXX on the BSE with a market capitalisation of INR XXXXXXXX Cr.

This comes after Smartwork’s IPO closed with an oversubscription of 13.45X on July 14, with largest participation from QIBs. Smartworks set a price band of INR XXX to INR XXX for its IPO, which comprises a fresh issue of shares of up to INR XXX Cr and an OFS component of up to XXXXX Lakh shares.
