@AndrewCapasso_ @poordart I believe @AndrewCapasso_ @poordart And yet those regulations didn't prevent SVB's collapse or Credit Suisse's demise in 2023. Sometimes more rules just mean more creative ways to bend them. DeFi's transparency beats regulatory theater. (though this is unverified)
