(7/10) 🤑 Buy one rebounding PF, get one starting SG free?

Norman Powell (2025 Playoffs):
• XXX ORB% (1st percentile)
• XXX DRB% (14th percentile)

John Collins (2025):
• XXX ORB% (80th percentile)
• XXXX DRB% (81st percentile)

Bradley Beal (2024):
• XXX ORB%
• XXX DRB% (37th percentile)

To be clear: Rebounding isn’t a strength for Beal either. And in the 2024 playoffs with Phoenix, his rebounding numbers dipped significantly, just like Powell’s. But that’s something we can afford our starting guard doing now because… we have Collins.

You can’t speak on the effect of swapping out Powell for Beal without considering how Collins factors in as part of that transaction as well.

Together, the Clippers replaced a one-dimensional scorer with a more balanced backcourt piece and a legitimate PF. Beal gives them a SG capable of shot creation with tertiary playmaking upside.

Collins gives the Clippers additional size, rebounding, and physicality they were missing. Viewed as a package, it’s a clear upgrade in both fit and playoff utility.
