@Georgescarfe1 The issue is over compensation for the giving up of a Charter. To mean if NASCAR takes the Charter away. It still has a value. 

NASCAR told the XX team it was going to lose the Charter. The team was just fortunate to have a buyer ready and willing to pay an exceptional price
