⬆️ FINRA LIED to investors & Congress‼️

FINRA's LIE: "each holder of MMTLP as of December 12, 2022, received one share of Next Bridge common stock for every one share of MMTLP held." 

The TRUTH: FINRA's botched Corporate Action allowed $MMTLP to be canceled/deleted BEFORE the share exchange could even begin and resulted in a U3-halt, "unprecedented in timing and scope," which left unresolved short positions making a 1-for-1 distribution IMPOSSIBLE! Over XXX YEARS later, investors are still waiting for their #NBH shares!
