Nikola Tesla, Otto Diesel, and the Lumière brothers all complained in writing about “lost” paperwork. The USPTO’s own 1921 internal audit found XX % of challenged patents had "irregular chain-of-title" pointing to New York and Berlin law partnerships heavy with Ashkenazi names.
