Jenson Button believes it would be unfair to drop George Russell in favor of Max Verstappen, calling such a move a “strange decision” given Russell’s strong performances.

The 2009 World Champion says he’d rather see both drivers working together as teammates, expressing surprise at the idea of Mercedes replacing Russell to accommodate Verstappen.
