The critical similarity is that both AOC and Zohran are totally incompetent. The stuff that comes out of their mouths is fantastically absurd.

The difference is that Zohran is running for an executive position for a city with a budget of $116B while AOC is only an attention seeking legislator that doesn't have executive branch power.
