It lacks them because:

– A ₹250 Cr bridge collapsed before opening (Nagpur)
– ₹52 lakhs spent for XXX plastic jugs in tribal scam (Chhattisgarh)
– ₹10 lakh Cr "infrastructure" makes cities flood in XX mins
– Contractors with ₹100 Cr assets build pothole highways

It’s not minorities. It’s majority corruption.
