We faced some good teams, and they helped us prepare for the upcoming season better. People who understand football know that this Kaizer Chiefs team will be way better than the one that won the Nedbank Cup. The signs are already there! Even last season, Mshini was the missing piece in that midfield, but we ignored this and chose javelin football with runners everywhere and lost control of a lot of games, which led to us dropping unnecessary points. This coming season we can't make a similar mistake, Mshini is tactically and technically superior in that midfield, he has a high football IQ and he becomes the player you build the team around without a doubt. We've watched the team play with different profiles, but never get to the level of quality and control it gets with Mshini there.
