@jbrandimore @HoldenWalker99 @AlexWil11433084 I think it's a much higher chance than in the NWS cases bc it's a totally new claim: breach of contract, along with a violation of XX USC 4617(d)(2) (repudiating contracts past a "reasonable period").

By what mechanism would FHFA/UST accomplish this trampling anyway?
