Categorized as non-safety critical, but why do all these Waymos tend to purposely block driveways?  The narrator of this video is correct.

In California, blocking a driveway with a vehicle is generally prohibited under California Vehicle Code (CVC) 22500, which covers improper stopping, parking, and standing of vehicles. Specifically, it is illegal to park within XX feet of a private or public driveway
