@russcar10now @BradyWhatley_TX I imagine the materials back in the 1920-1940s were top quality. Several people mentioned that Menards sells homes like this. Does anyone know, are they good quality? Not particle board, 2cd grade lumber, or composite flooring? 
I'd totally build one if the materials were good.
