Bilyonaryo Lucio Co is betting big on homegrown spirits, acquiring a XX% stake in Cervia Global Trading Inc.—maker of the Filipino liqueur brand “SULÀ”—through The Keepers Holdings Inc.

The ₱40 million all-cash deal marks Co’s push into premium local beverages with export potential, as Cervia’s fruit- and herb-based drinks gain traction in bars here and abroad.
