Thinking outloud here. 

What you could do with $KLED is offer payout in kled and fiat. 

The payout value in kled is say $100, which then is bought on the market and given to the user.

OR if they choose USD then the user gets say $XX

So it gives a USD option, but incentivizes the KLED flywheel and even some upside alignment on the network if KLED performs well.

It also creates an incentive for users to learn what KLED is, how it works etc.
