Additionally, another proven type of disengagement that we have seen with video evidence is a first responder or a law-enforcement, getting into the vehicle and driving it off the road.  Maybe Waymo did report those instances as some of the 16??

Seems clear that Waymo defined all of its disengagement as ‘in field retrieval’.  

So where is the rest of the information?
Where is the actual location data?
Seems like it would be easy to list a few notes on these paltry XX events.   

@RealDanODowd what information have you reviewed to make you so certain that Waymo is God’s gift to AV transport?  
Or is your motive unrelated to Safety?
