Look to plays like $RITE $DUTV and any other SET plays that are actually at or above their ceilings, we need to see a couple really go wild to bring light to the others. Also I believe we're largely waiting on $GME to get going. Once that is back above say $35, the OTC will pick up. All we need is one or two of these SET plays to blow up and then it's game on. Things can heat up in a heartbeat.
