$MP MP Materials Launches $500M Public Offering to Fund Expansion, Including 10X Facility

MP Materials has commenced a $500M underwritten public offering of common stock. All shares will be sold by the company, with a 30-day over-allotment option for underwriters to buy an additional 15%. Proceeds will support expansion of the 10X Facility, strategic growth, and general corporate use. Completion subject to market conditions.
