🧾 What’s the CLARITY Act?
It’s a sweeping effort to finally answer the question:
 Who regulates crypto in the U.S. — the SEC or the CFTC?

For years, digital assets have floated in a gray zone:
– SEC says they’re securities
– CFTC says they’re commodities
→ Crypto businesses left navigating lawsuits, not rules.

🚨 SEC: tough enforcement, few clear rules
📈 CFTC: more crypto-friendly, but lacks spot market authority

🎯 Goal of the CLARITY Act:
Replace confusion with structure.
