@CybertruckEngr @russcar10now Menards sells home kits.

Also remember the Sears kits did not include any electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, bath fixtures, etc. Those costs are >50% of modern homes.

You also have to add in foundations, utilities, land, etc. 

Sears houses didn't have garages either.
