Remote work doesn't really work, especially in a challenging, young, dynamic environment. I also think that you have to grab some employees by the balls so that they really get down to work and don't do things half-heartedly. Garga gave me some answers that I completely understand, but he is the only founder left, who actually does shit. You can still have some remote employees, but the core team should come together in one place. Would be bullish.
