Thurs winds start 15-20 mph with gusts up to XX mph before dropping off slightly in the afternoon. Friday AM  10-15 mph with slightly stronger gusts before dropping into the single digits in the afternoon. Saturday single digits as well. Sunday is back up to XX mph with XX mph gusts.
