busted OFS shitco SPAC now down XX%

trading at ~4x fwd ebitda w/ 1.5x ebitda in debt

i can't tell if this is an opportunity so it's probably a pass

the potential for value destruction and bag dumping in OFS shitcos is astronomical

some clueless SPAC victims are now down XX% in X years and there's a reasonable chance they get wiped out

maybe worth a stab at $XXXX or something
