Most horror films I find have the same kinda formula, either something supernatural/evil or it’s a revenge/slasher film but sometimes you find one which is different like the Ari Aster paganistic cult horror film Midsommar staring Florence Pugh.

This is more of a commune/cultish but it takes the worst parts of fears and puts it all together in a more realistic way . . . like stumbling across a dismembered but familiar looking leg poking out of a garden bed or being drugged, raped, paralyzed and then burnt to death.

This one is very highly recommend by me and I’d love a sequel.
