Dixon Technologies will sell its stake in DTSPL and its lighting business to Lightanium Technologies, a new JV company. In return, Dixon will receive shares in the JV. The transaction is expected to complete by Nov 2025. DTSPL's FY25 revenue was ₹372 Cr. The lighting business contributed ₹828 Cr to revenue. 💡🤝
