PTSD isn’t rare, it’s just rarely talked about. I refuse to carry the stigma for someone else’s abuse. 

Our diagnosis is not our identity. It is a scar that says, “We survived.”

For some, it is a stark reminder of the sacrifices we make when WE FIGHT BACK.
