I also had a business for a long time. When Robinhood started offering rebates to switch I thought Schwab would at least fight back. Everyday I would read how many new accounts Robinhood was opening. Schwab just let people walk. It’s like Dutch Brothers bs Starbucks. One is for your parents and one is the coffee shop of the future. I have thought about switching but most too old to start over.
