My thoughts on why $CEPO isn't blasting off like $CEP did. First, I think the market learned its lesson not to FOMO like it did with $CEP. It now trades pretty consistently around 2.6-2.8X mNAV.

Reports have suggested that $CEPO will be almost a mirror deal to $CEP. If that's the case, then where its trading right now is about right. $CEPO has exactly twice as many shares outstanding as $CEP.

So, all things considered.. it makes sense why $CEPO isn't blowing up from here, until we have pro forma details on the combination, I suspect it's going to trade roughly half the price of $CEP.  Purely an assumption on my part.. NFA, do you own DD..
