I’ve always believed that once the housing markets pick up again, then these hammered housing companies will come back to life.

But here’s what this company actually does if it’s something you’re interested in.

Opendoor Technologies basically operates a digital platform that allows homeowners to buy and sell real estate online, offering instant cash offers and quick transactions.

But the edge is in the data science and pricing algorithms that make home valuations, aiming to speed up the traditional home-buying and selling process.

For these companies, it is all about making the process easier and more attractive versus the normal process to buy or sell a home.

I think this can work, but management is a big concern. Obviously, we need rates to come down too and a heating-up housing market again.

Not for me though. Maybe a trade, but not now.
