Texas Secretary of State records reveal that All U Chart Inc. is registered to an address in Round Rock, Texas, which matches the deed for the personal home residence of Joshua and Carolyn Feinstein, confirming they are spouses who have been married for XX years this year in August. Carolyn Feinstein’s now-deleted LinkedIn profile listed her as Carolyn F., President of TIXE Consulting, with her residence and business entity both in Round Rock, Texas, and her current professional role at the U.S. Department of Justice. The “About Us” section of JCA Design Group, another business operated from their Round Rock home, describes Joshua as a musician, audio engineer, producer, and tech expert, and Carolyn as a painter, sculptor, and CFE-accredited forensic accountant, consistent with her DOJ role.
