I need some help. I ordered an e-bike from a well-known company, Talaria, in California and they shipped it with a shady shipping company.  This freight company is demanding a bogus $1k mandatory insurance before shipping.  Their listed number doesn't work on their website, their listed Dot # is invalid, and they no longer answer any emails.  I've called and messaged their CEO Scott Cramer and gotten no response.  Talaria has also not responded to me about this.  I used Crypto to pay for the bike, so I can't do a credit card chargeback.    What should I do?
