🛠️ DevLog – CognitiveLevel: Smarter Inference by Performance Tiers (WIP)

We're iterating on CognitiveLevel logic in DevNet6 - a system to classify nodes based on performance for smarter task scaling.

🔹 All nodes begin at Level X. Those consistently hitting >90% accuracy may be eligible for level upgrades.

🔹 Higher-level nodes will perform recursive inference - re-running tasks on prior outputs (Level X → X → 2…) within the same session window.

🔹 Partial contract logic + oracle reporting hooks are in place. But full scoring, tracking, and miner prompt integration are still in progress.

This will take multiple rounds of testing with live miners and real workloads - forming the foundation for Proof-of-Inference, adaptive routing, and SLA-driven rewards.
