🇺🇸🇨🇳 CHINA DROPS $14B ON U.S. HOMES: CONGRESS FREAKS OUT

Chinese buyers just spent $14B on American homes in X year, and most of it was straight-up cash. No mortgage, no Venmo.

That’s an XXXX% spike from the year before, and even though buyers say it's personal use, some folks on Capitol Hill aren’t buying it.

Senator Rick Scott went full spy-thriller, saying every Chinese citizen has a duty to the CCP to spy on Americans.

The whole thing reminds people of Chinese companies scooping up U.S. farmland, which the Trump team and Congress are now trying to stop.

One lawmaker even said the U.S. should start buying land in China just to even the score. Bold move.

Now there’s a bipartisan bill in the works to crack down on foreign land grabs.
