Wells Fargo analyst Edward Kelly upgraded United Natural Foods to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $26, up from $XX. The company's guidance update "provides closure" on the cyberattack issue, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm cites United Natural's improving earnings momentum and healthy living exposure for the upgrade. Wells says the company's updated fiscal 2025 guidance suggests the cyber impact was better than feared and that its underlying growth continues to improve. While United's structural hurdles remain, the stock's downside now looks limited, the firm contends.
