YPF is about to close a new key stage in the development of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Argentina.
According to its president and CEO, Horacio Marín, the company will soon make the final investment decision (FID) to add a second floating liquefaction vessel provided by Golar LNG.

With both ships operational, Argentina will reach a capacity of X million metric tons of LNG per year, representing an estimated volume of XX million cubic meters of natural gas per day for export.
