@bo66ie29 1984. The white Lancia is on an '81 X plate. Fiat dropped the bold orange look in '82. Ital wasn't around until '81. Given someone has actually bought the Fiat, they can only have been on the road for a couple of years. Add the standard X yr HP deal to '81 & you get to '84.
