Tim MacMahon (@espn_macmahon) says the Clippers were already the better team in LA and that, after signing Bradley Beal, they got even better:

“The Norman Powell trade is now complete. The Clippers make that trade confident that they can get Bradley Beal. He’s being paid 9th-man money now with the Clippers. Now there is a clear-cut role. They’ve got a great defensive infrastructure around him. This is the best team in LA getting better.”
