This is the direct result of of years of indoctrination whereby children are intentionally encouraged and rewarded for acting the part of petulant children throwing  a temper-tantrum on the superamarket floor evolving into what we see now with self-entitled petulant adults prone to throwing temper-tantrums ad nauseaum.
